Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and when the package will be picked. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within in 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges will be delivered to you within 7-10 days of approval of your exchange request.
Once we receive the product. We will initiate the exchange
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
Please note that a ₹150 return processing and shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, after deducting the applicable return charge. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway to process and reflect the refund in your account.
